I have uses this company before and find their service very good,however as I live in France it is impossible to contact any company with tele no 0703 by land line or mobile!So if I have a question as I had recently I had to get a UK friend to make the purchase for me and send to France.There is a big market here as reconditioned parts are v difficult to find,or new parts are v expensive eg. I was quoted E300 for my exhaust part & buy it via 24/7 for £48 inc delivery!!

The reply to my request was fast. Only downside is that you are told to activate the text sent to you but then find out it will cost you for the text. When you can get email for free.
