As it turned out I did not make a purchase on this occasion (though I have bought from you before.) There were three different types of headlight and I did not know which one I needed so I had to leave it to my garage to sort out and they were able to repair what I already had. I was phoned by several firms which was a bit of a surprise. It has all happened by email before. They were all helpful apart from one person from Jap parts (who I have also bought from before) who not only quoted me four times the price that anyone else quoted but then proceeded to run down all the other firms who had phoned saying they do not know what they are talking about and they only want my credit card details. I was not likely to buy from him!

Made the request,received quotes within 24 hours over the weekend. Chose the supplier, phoned up and spoke to a very helpful guy who took payment and informed me that the part should arrive normally the next day but as I live in the far north of Scotland delivery could be within 2 to 3 days.That was on Monday morning, it is now Tuesday and I am waiting to see if the part arrives today.Carriage was reasonable and I am quite happy with the service thus far.
