As it turned out I did not make a purchase on this occasion (though I have bought from you before.) There were three different types of headlight and I did not know which one I needed so I had to leave it to my garage to sort out and they were able to repair what I already had. I was phoned by several firms which was a bit of a surprise. It has all happened by email before. They were all helpful apart from one person from Jap parts (who I have also bought from before) who not only quoted me four times the price that anyone else quoted but then proceeded to run down all the other firms who had phoned saying they do not know what they are talking about and they only want my credit card details. I was not likely to buy from him!

My cylinder head was a store off. To order a new cylinder head for an MX5 I was quoted £1750 from an MX5 dealer who suggested I should try and source a second hand cylinder head from a dealer. I used google to start my search for a used part and stumbled across 247. I filled in a simple form on line and within minutes I had 3 dealers contact me directly with just what I needed for under £200 plus VAT. Everyone was super professional and polite. The Person there carried out checks to ensure that I was obtaining the correct bumper for my Audi A6. Bumper was dispatched and arrived in the time quoted and in good condition. Did not dislike anything about this company apart from the fact that their telephone seems to be a bit long waiting time. Overall great service.
