Was phoned the next day given a quote which was very competitive. paid over the phone by visa and my part was delivered the following day. Also received a text to tell me between what times my item would be delivered and giving me other options if this was not convenient. All in all a very efficient and speedy service. It would be helpful to know that 247 Spares phone number is charged at a premium rate. I got through £5 of credit in about three and a half minutes and was cut off part way through taking down an important delivery reference number. Very irritating .
