Found the site easy to navigate & when I had submitted my request I had a dozen quotes by the end of the day, very pleased

Got 4 quotes sent to me within 2 hours which was really good. 2 of the quotes were 'good value' and contacting one of the suppliers was dead easy. When I got through to the supplier I was told that I might not be getting a 'colour matched' product. A little bit of haggling got me the proper painted part for another £10. This has still saved me about £100 by avoiding the main dealer. Will use 247spares again!

The phone was answered very quickly. The operator was polite and VERY helpful. I received an e-mail and a return phone call with the part I needed. The operator then phoned the garage to make sure it was the correct part. A most efficient service. Shame our country is not run the same way!! (PS I hope the part fits)
