excellent service but you were let down by the courier service you used, it was so important that I had my goods next day delivery which you said it would be, but only one part arrived and I had to wait til the day after for the remaining part so I had to cancel my arrangements .

I was quoted a price of £48 for the part which included VAT and delivery. When the part arrived I was charged £50 according to the invoice. I'm not going to quibble over £2. the part was servicable and worked well when fitted to the car. I think the price was very fair compared to a reconditioned/ new unit.

As it turned out, I didn't use a 247 supplier, but the system was good and efficient. A star (?) rating of suppliers (reliability etc.) would be a useful guide for 'virgins' to the website.
