Received one diesel fuel injector very quickly. 30 day guarantee. Not yet fitted as I'm waiting for seals from local Skoda dealer. Parts adviser very pleasant and polite on the phone. One glitch however. Price quoted was £30:00 for the injector. £48:00 for VAT and delivery. When invoice arrived I was charged £50:00

I made my request late evening after the cut off time and was delighted with the number of email replies from suppliers received the next morning. I got phone calls from two of them and as one was located only a few miles from where I live and had quoted a competitive price, I arranged with them to visit their premises in person that afternoon where they not only supplied the part (car radio) but for a reasonable cost also fitted it. Delighted with response to request and with the service from the supplier.
