Received a number of replies from your network of suppliers and was able to find what I needed at VolvoSaab breakers of Nottingham. What would helpful would be for the responders to include their address as well as a contact number on their E mailed response. This would have been a benefit to me as I live locally to this site and could have visited in person instead of making numerous phone calls. The staff at the breakers site were extremely helpful.

Excellent service. Ordered part late afternoon on Oct. 3rd. It arrived,double packed, about 9.30am on 4th October, Fitted and working by mid day. Garage quoted £70.0 + VAT to supply and fit.. Part cost £26.35 including P&P. Well happy.

I was enquiring about a recon engine and was very pleased by the speed of response to my enquiry and the variety of quotes - dependant on length of warranty, delivery etc - we decided not to go down that route, but to scrap the car instead - but we will bear in mind 247 spares if we need major car components in the future
