I entered my request for a gearbox for a Nissan X Trail at 10pm not expecting anything for a few days. By 10 am the next day I had received 3 quotes for the supply of a gearbox and by 2 pm I had 9 quotes. I therefore had a variety of boxes most with a declared mileage and a range of prices including delivery. I found this site really helpful. I received replies from a number of different breakers within an hour or so, some sooner. They gave me the option of used parts or new parts. The used ones were are very good price and the new ones were a lot cheaper than the Fiat parts my garage had quote me.
