This was my first time of using 24/7 and I hadn't realised that quotes would be emailed. I did get a direct call from a supplier and after a cautious start, was comfortable at ordering. Instead of £250 new, I paid £50 used - and it arrived next day! Really pleased, even though there was an even cheaper quote when I did check the emails.

whilst the 247 experience was good(I had over the course of the week several good offers of parts).The company I elected to go with(jimmy's japanese) did not send the part they said they had and I paid for.So after a week I am still without the required part.But another company contacted me yesterday and promised delivery by tuesday. Fingers crossed.
