I first put my requirements on 247spares at about 11.15 on Tuesday morning and within the next 90 mins I received 6 quotes from suppliers who had what I required. The phone was answered very quickly. The operator was polite and VERY helpful. I received an e-mail and a return phone call with the part I needed. Some confusion with speaking to several different people, some cross communication but got the part ordered in the end, and price was not too bad. Had it fitted by Arnold Clark today and it turns out the mirror was in fact not what I needed although it does fit and all electrics work. It apparently is from the sport version if my car and is smaller than the original, but now it's on its still better than the damaged one.
