Some of the quotes I received were way too high, bearing in mind most people are on a very tight budget which is why we get in touch with 'Breakers' in the first place. There was no way to reply to the emails to say this and see if there was any room for negotiation.

Very good response, but a pity the totals column doesn't show gull details. I.e. 125.00 + 25.00 does not come to 180.00. But when told there was also vat to add on, that was explained. Would be better if it was itemised.
